HELP! Homeowner Exemption Liaison Program In-Person
The Nassau County Department of Assessment will be back to assist with the exemption application process.
Residents can submit their completed exemption applications without making a trip to Mineola.
Applicants can ask questions about eligibility requirements, necessary documentation, and exemption benefits.
The HELP program was made to expand the accessibility and streamline the submission process ensuring that more homeowners receive the tax relief they are entitled to.
