Stroke Awareness In-Person
Every three minutes, someone in the United States dies from a stroke—yet many people still don’t know how to recognize the signs, leading to delays in getting life-saving. This presentation by NYU Langone is designed to educate you about the warning signs, symptoms, types, and treatments of stroke in an accessible and engaging way. Different types of strokes, what causes them, and the most current approaches to treatment will also be covered.
