FREE Health Screenings In-Person

Staffed by Registered Nurses from St. Francis Hospital the screenings include a
brief cardiac history, blood pressure and simple finger stick blood test for cholesterol and diabetes.

You can get a flu shot if vaccines are available. 

Please call the Outreach Department at 516-629-2013 to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins accepted.

You must be 18 years or older.
