Howie's Heart- Halloween Chalk Art
Spread kindness in our community this Halloween! Create a colorful, kindness message for trick-or-treaters on your sidewalk or driveway! Then, take a picture, tag us, or email it to us, so we can spread your message with others across social media on Halloween. Note: Community Service hours will be given out for this event. Please note that you will be given credit based on your effort and the detail of your design. (The more detailed your design, the more community service time you will earn.)
